Advice: "Gun and shoot" simple steadicam/boom. 1,Monopod, 2. sports store for a velcro ankle weight, best allow you to add or remove weights.3. Lower a section, velcro one ankle weight around section. 4. Attach camera then lower weight/section and experiment with length to get balance. Walk/run with feet close together (so no side to side wobble) bend knees/lower butt slightly = you float with practice. Fully extended can also be used as boom. Detach cam & weight, closed = self defense baton.
