This scene has so much emotional weight to it. The song fits so well to the scene and really helps give the scene a big impact! The first time I watched this, it almost had me in tears. A truly remarkable accomplishment considering that the characters were only introduced in the very same episode! Such a great series. >u<

It's sad really that so many people get turned off to this anime by the stylization. I was almost turned off myself by it but i stuck with it. And now its one of my favorite animes of all time. So tragic and emotional.

Practically every episode in this series made me cry. It was such a sad yet sweet story based in a world were even the kind-hearted could easily become corrupt
