Philosophers like Aristotle and Socrates, Olympian gods, the beginnings of democracy and great conquering armies can be attributed to the Ancient Greeks.

@MJFAN666 It is NOT apparent the Spartans threw babies off a cliff. Archaeological digs, including a very recent one, have looked for the skeletal remains of infants but found none -- not one!

Think about it: Do you really believe a society of human beings could throw babies off a cliff? It also runs counter to everything else known about the Spartans.

Neither was homosexuality rampant in Sparta, a lie fabricated by Leo Strauss in 1939.

Those barbarians that conqured the entire uncivilised world. lol . Alexander the Great conqured pretty much the entire "civilised" world. No one even knew who you guys were back then

@HistoryHmoobGuy Ha!! Greek culture goes back more then five thousand years to the Minoan and Mycenaean civilizations. There were many advanced civilizations around during Ancient China and before. Deny what fact? You think China has contributed more to this world than Western civilization! LMAO! Look around you man. The entire civilised world is Westernized, including you by much effort. The Greek accomplishment is a fact that no historian can deny.
