@BrokenChair88 well considering that I live in a predominantly Christian society (in the middle of the bible belt no less) I do often use the term "theist" to describe Christians and Muslims. Also because they are two of the more aggressive religions. While the disposition i described in my last post is not limited to Christians or Muslims, the term "theist" was used mainly in reference to those two.

@xgrayson7 Are you sure that that's what theists believe? Even those who don't believe the Bible and are not Christians themselves? So Hindus (who also count as theists) also believe that people are atheists simply because they never read the Bible? Perhaps you don't know what you're talking about. Maybe you meant Christians believe that. For some reason, most atheists believe that if you're theistic, then you must be a Christian. I have no idea why.

Im confused. I thought the question was "is it possible you are wrong".
It seems the simple answer is yes.

So I guess that was just a little bullshit then.
Like all the things that you believe btw...
lol

Say what!??
Is that a joke, a thought, an argument, a general idea...?
Do you have something against people who buy shoes?
Or is it just women?

...and some women buy shoes.
This point may apply to some atheists, but a very few at best. For some reason theist have in their minds that people are atheists because they've never read the bible, never tried to have a personal relationship with jesus, never prayed or spoke to god and listened or looked for answer / reply. Problem is many, if not most atheists were once devoted xians who have done all these things. But how much praying and talking can you do before you realize there's no one on the other end of the line.

Hi there, sorry I hadn't responded earlier; I just now checked my comments.
I know your question is rhetorical, so I'm not going to answer that. But I will not argue the fact that some atheist are, just a great benefit to believers who expect more from good then just a "tingling sensation".
Faith is not getting what "you" want from God. God attracts you with what you like; to then take you some where you don't like, and ultimately leaving you where you belong. That was Paul & Peters life
