The media and the pundits wanted Hillary to endorse Obama, and she did to save her spot in the Party. Otherwise, they said the Dem Party would be fractured. They wanted "US" girls to get their golden boy elected because they knew he could't do it by himself. I believe Hillary will prevail in the end. Looks like that end is Denver. Do not despair! Even the far left wing of the Democratic Party will wake up before then. I'm afraid Obama. Go Hillary, rise, rise, rise!!!

I guess we can concede that the dream ticket ought to be Obama/Clinton, however, there are other combos like Obama/Richardson, etc., that still would beat the willies out of McCain in the General Election. Clinton should not be ruled out, just like Richardson should not be ruled out. What is best for the party? But the fact is the two-party system is on its way out and will be replaced by the ONE party - the party of unity among equals. Peace Love Truth & Justice are ONE!

It cracks me up to see all these comments from republicans that are so against seeing an Obama/Clinton ticket because they know it would be unbeatable.Republicans are scared to death of that ticket and they want to see the dems divided not united. It's what they have been gunning for all along. many of them pretending to be Obama supporters posting negative Hillary comments and vice versa. It won't work. Dems have our nominee now and we are SO ready to VOTE republicans out of the white house!

I think you under estimate the Hillary Hate Factor.

I'll vote Obama.

But if Hillary's on the ticket, I'll send money to and vote for McCain.

If there's an Obama/Clinton victory in the fall and they go two terms, it will be 36 consecutive years of having a Bush or Clinton on the ticket. If Hillary runs and wins as president after that...48 straight years.

Hillary is the antithesis to "CHANGE" which of course if Obama's mantra.

nmcnmb how would the first ever female vice president the "antithesis to change"? There's no bigger change than that.I don't believe for one minute that you are a democrat. You are a sleaze bag republican that is posting comments like that to try and divide the democratic party, it's as simple as that. You're not fooling me! No TRUE Obama supporter would vote for McCain simple because Hillary was on the ticket.

I'll respond in an adult manor unlike how you addressed me with childish name calling.

Having someone as divisive as a Clinton (or a Bush) on a ticket is as status quo as it gets.

As I stated, with Hillary on the ticket we're facing a potential 48 consecutive years with Clintons and Bushes.

You're right about one thing. I'm not a Democrat or Republican. Nor will I ever become one.

You should try taking the partisan blinders off. There's freedom in being an independent.

"The first thing I'd do as president is sign the Freedom of Choice Act," Obama said in his speech to abortion advocates worried about the increase of pro-life legislation at the state level.

The Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA) is legislation Obama has co-sponsored along with 18 other senators that would annihilate every single state law limiting or regulating abortion, including the federal ban on partial birth abortion.
