my guess:
4 intake ports + 2 exhaust (with barely any exhaust pipe attached..) beats 2 intake ports + 4 exhaust ports
since there is no notable exhaust system the difference in exhaust flow should be minimal.. but power should increase due to better fuel distribution and overall higher ammount of mixture available (1 large port per cylinder)

Is that motor running reverse rotation ? I noticed you have the intake running thru the exhaust ports and the exhaust thru thru the intake ports.
