Well, why shouldn't he have fired Maj in this task? He did absolutely nothing! I absolutely hate racism, but I wish people would stop calling Alan Sugar racist every time he fires someone who's a different colour to him! Look at the first series - both the finalists were ethnic minorities. And as for that stuff about Michael in series 4 - when are people going to realise that Alan Sugar is NOT a Jew, he's an atheist!!

Its obvious why he was fired, James did an average job as team-manager but wasn't totally responcible for the decision that lost the task. Ben designed the thing and was bullet-proof in the boardroom. Maj didn't contribute visibly to the task.
If James had brought in Kate, things might be different.
