It's amazing how some marketing people in suits can come up with a fitness product, do no studies whatsoever on the effectiveness of the thing, spend zero time talking to fitness experts/scientists about the muscle groups it works for/injury possibilities etc... and get orders to sell it in a high street shop!

I guess all it takes are some glossy posters, a snazzy name, and a pitch totally unbacked by facts containing statements like "this will be the ipod of the fitness world". Scary...

@lozenge124 I understand what you're saying. But I guess the Body Rocka team went after the autodidactic approach where they roughly knew how the product should look like + which muscle groups it should train. And then they tested it themselves and thus created a sales pitch. That's what inventor and creators do. They take only those information they need and transform it into a product.
