king, emperor whatever. the title has nothing to do with the power. a king can be more powerful tha a emperor. a king can be less powerfull than a duke.

I love the lore behind Arthas' whole journey, and it all comes together in this video. "A weapon... of righteousness" as Arthas pulls out Frostmourne, a corrupted, evil piece of metal, that was actually used to kill his father. In his intense quest to save his people, Arthas became one of the single most deadly forces against them. An amazing story indeed.
