Princess Jasmine Makeup Tutorial (Dramatic Liner, Neutral Shadow)

I know Princess Jasmine is popular for Halloween, but I've had some recent requests for a tutorial. Since her look is just centered around the eyeliner and her hair, the makeup is definitely wearable for a night out in my opinion. I love heavy eyeliner, but if this is too much just wing it out as far as you normally would =).
Products used:
Sonia Kashuk Eye On Neutrals Palette
L'oreal Lineur Intense Liquid Liner
Lancome Liner on my waterline(I don't really care for this, just couldn't find my L'oreal pencil liner)
Select Lash Lashes in S47(cheap dollar store lashes. I wouldn't recommend these because they're way too shiny)
L'oreal lipstick in Tender Pink(the color name is somewhat misleading, it's more on the brown side)
