In 1930, the Danish importer of AJS, the Castrol agent, and the Danish Owners Club travelled round Denmark in a promotion act. The event was captured on film, which recently has been rediscovered. I have unfortunately only got the first half of the movie. The video starts with the planing of efforts. The travelling party boards a steamer from Copenhagen to Aalborg in the northern part of Denmark. From there, the party travels down Jutland visiting major dealers. The movie ends in Svendborg at the isle Funen. Several factory fresh bikes are ridden, including the sofisticated camshafted racers, and about 100 everyday bikes are shown in the movie.
