Everyone has the right to believe in what they want to believe. I'm straight edge and I'm agnostic. There is no wrong to believe in a religion or be atheist. People complain that Religions push their views on others but atheists and everything else people believe in do the same thing.

Is it possible to have a subculture that the Christians dont invade? Straight edge and hardcore are cool because so much of it supports ideas that can be reached through logic and reason and without any theological grounds. I dont need your god, saviour or any others to reach logical conclusions in my life. Keep your religion if you want but keep it out of cultures that aim to escape the status quo.
