This is what happened when I tried to call Charter Internet customer service today. They ask whether you want RESIDENTIAL OR BUSINESS. When you select RESIDENTIAL they ask you if you want ENGLISH or SPANISH. When you select ENGLISH they send you back to the RESIDENTIAL/BUSINESS menu in a neverending cylce of futility!!!!

They are all legit! ...and it doesn't matter what happens if you press zero. This is a publicly traded company. This is a perfect example of how these companies try to "keep the traffic down." And there is nothing funny about it. Charter's product is sub-standard and should not be used if you have an alternative.
