This was odd. Luke was in one scene at the end of today's episode talking with Holden. How random. He wasn't in the rest of the episode. Holden is having drama with Lily so he takes a walk, we come back from commercial and he's talking with Luke!

I really like the heart to heart conversations that Luke has with his dad. They don't seem to lie to each other at all and completely trust one another.

I have that kind of relationship with my dad today, but as an adolescent, I did not.

How is that an example of bad writing? If anything, it's an example of good writing because people don't always talk with perfect grammar or sentence structure, especially when they're emotional. That's how I see it at least. :)
