Crysis Warhead Finale (HD)

Note: Since everyone is jumping my case about my skill, this video is to showcase the ending of the game, not my skill. I'm not the best player in the world and I could care less. I know I missed shots and wasted ammunition. I know, and don't care. That being said, just enjoy the video for what it was intended, and that's showcasing the end of the game.

This is the second half of the final mission titled "All the Fury" in the PC game Crysis Warhead. You fight the KPA through the first half of the level to get to the control tower of the airport, and this video shows what happens from there.

Unfortunately, the video is cut near the end, due to the then ten minute limit on videos (the original video is eleven and some odd minutes long). What was cut was the last few shots fired at the final enemy (and the ending cinematic, which itself is littered throughout YouTube), so not MUCH is missing. I would have preferred not to cut it since it ends so awkwardly now... Oh well. My goal was to showcase the alien invasion and the struggle up to and through the final confrontation. This is close enough.

In this video, the game was run at Very High (Enthusiast) settings with a resolution of 1280x720. The difficulty is set to Medium. Hardware used to run the game, for those curious, consisted of a Core 2 Duo E8400 (running at 3.6GHz), 4GB of DDR2 800MHz RAM, and a GeForce 8800GT 512MB.

@roach0517 I have played better than this and I have played worse than this. I tried focusing on "showcasing" the struggle a bit, not just hopping in a humvee and rushing for the PAX or obsessing over presenting myself playing my best to make myself look real good. I don't care about that. I was terrible at parts. I know this. What of it?

The difficulty was at Medium, by the way. I've never played on Easy, and I haven't yet started playing on Delta when I made this video.

Excuseme this will sound ridiculous but do you think that i will be able to run crysis warhead with a tweak? i mean here are the laptop spec ati mobility radeon hd 4250 256mb dedicated memory and 3 gb dd3 memory and my processor is an amd phenom II X3 n830 triple core.?

@ZYOS117 It will run it. The Processor and RAM are good for sure. The GPU is always the critical factor with this game. Even modern and powerful GPUs get a workout with it. Unfortunately, I can't say how WELL it will run.

I know mobility versions are often weaker than desktop counterparts, and that's a low end model to begin with, so you might have to look at using lower/medium quality settings. Crysis Warhead is also a slight bit more optimized than the first, so your chances are better.

@01Barricade That's probably my own favorite part of the video. It was eerie as I was playing it seeing that for the first time with the music and all. I hope Crysis 2 has parts just as good. I plan to get that and hopefully put videos of it up too.

Why is there ALWAYS someone posting comments about the skill. I don't care if a few parts outright "suck". I said that myself! Is the video titled "look at the best skill in Crysis ever"? No? Then go find a video like that and post those comments THERE. I don't play competitively or to show off. I play for fun.

@LordZedeck Wow, I just re-started to play Crysis. So I went on this video, I didn't remember I commented =D Well, I have to say, the music is truly epic, the game is as well. And I have to say too, Crysis 2 is shit compared to the first one or Warhead.
