    It's rain and wind and why would you go to NC!?!? LOL And new orleans spent 1,000,000 rebuilding levees to make sure Anything Like Katrina never happens again.I love it here, An extra week off of school for Mardi Gras and If a Hurricane comes also no school. But I'm really smart so the extra days off is just regular to me. :)
