Yep, it still has live view. They improved on it, now its aptly named Quick AF Live View. It focuses faster than before, so action shots are never missed.
Hmm main difference? Well clearly by just looking at them, the a330 is just smaller, but still has the same internals as the a300. Pros on the a330 would be: lightweight, simple, HDMI output, and SD cards (since I have so many to use lol.) Cons of the a330: 2.5fps (a300 is 3fps), smaller battery = less shots, and not many accessories (yet since its new) like a vertical grip.
IMO I like this one because it is much smaller and lighter. Being able to use it with one hand seems so much easier to me. Don't get me wrong, I do like the a300, but it just seemed too much for me. My a300 was fully equipped with a vertical grip, double battery, and 16GB card. But it didnt suit me for my casual use. The a330 is the right fit for me lol.
