Strange Flash Mob in D.C. "Freakiest Thing I've seen in my life" LOL

I saw these people on the middle of Union Station in Washington D.C., all of the sudden they began stripping to reveal a t-shirt, it says "live united" on it, then they stood there for like 3 minutes staring into space. It was great, I guess is the kind of thing that only happens in D.C., right? Look for the guy at the end, totally freaked out by it, he thought the movie "the Happening" was actually happening... Hilarious!
