Nope. The dalai lama wants racial and religious homogeny in tibet. He only wants ethnic tibetans and his style of Buddhism in tibet.

Hi there. I am happy to see Uighurs protesting with Tibetans. I was at the protest in Vancouver Demonstration and I also posted this clip on youtube - you must have been standing right next to me. I also posted a clip of one of your family (young guy, curly hair holding an East Turkestan flag). I wish you success in you struggle. More Uighurs should protest with Tibetans - you have alot in common.
