TUNED visits BBi Autosport in Huntington Beach, CA to drive their new Porsche 997 Turbo S. This unbelievable machine balances big power with low weight and suspension and brake upgrades to match. TUNED runs a quarter mile on a runway before heading into the canyons to see if BBi has really built a no-compromises ultimate street car for the track.

@prcacowboy82401 It's used by the USAF, USAFR, Air National Guard and is (or was) used by the US Navy (T)F-16N block 30 as training aircraft.

@niepojete RUF are an independent manufacturer. The only buy the body from Porsche. They make the rest of the car so they are nothing like an in-house tuner.

Dear Drive, thanks for brilliant review, I really loved it. However I disagree with statement @ 3:40. Porsche have its own in-company (almost) ultimate tuning company called RUF. They are like AMG for Mercedes. Founded in 1939 (wiki) they build their own cars based of stock Porsches. Im sorry to say but BBi is just another, small tuning company fiddling, like you just metioned
