The Milwaukee Brewers need to clean up their act--Too much tailgate trash!Tailgaters turn Miller Park into a dump.
With the Menomonee River meandering just east of the stadium, a significant resource is at risk. The river runs thru the middle of the property. Garbage blows into the river and pollutes the downstream areas. The best staging areas for spawning Trout and Salmon on that river are right in the shadow of Miller Park Stadium, and unfortunately, the Brewers don't want to clean-up after their fans. The trash and debris is starting to have an impact on the area. You pay for Miller Park with your taxes and ticket fees. Some of that money should help keep it stay CLEAN.
It's a shame the Brewers don't do anything to clean up the area around the ball park, when the source of the trash is obvious. Shame on the Milwaukee Brewers for being bad neighbors. They can clean up the interior of Miller Park after games, but to hell with the environment that surrounds the venue. Thanks to the folks who are working to clean up the Brewers mess and create awareness, now it's time for the Brewers to step up to the plate.
