Beware of Qingdao Unique Company !!

You think you found a solotion , think again !
after we purchase the printer and all of thiere agents were so nice and polite.
and promised us to help with any problem of the machine.

we opend the box and we got the printer broken and with ink all over it
we tryed our best to make it work but it failed .
everytime we ask for help they dissapare as thiere were never there before we payed for it.

be very careful with this company. it is true they are all nice and sweet when you enquiring about an equipment. after you have bought it, you are on your own. mine came with faulty cartridges and belt (that cut so could not work). i replaced it locally but still almost 4 months later and couple of thousands lost, I still have not printed a single tshirt. you have been warned!! I am devastated but nothing I can do now. I dealt with a most frustrating salesperson by the name of Sera. Anne, Kenya
