Robert Benoit plays a slow air that he composed for his album, The Shores of Home. The tune was written for his friends, Dolphie and Connie Jesso. The photographs were taken by his cousin, Aiden Young, who resides in Black Duck Brook, Newfoundland.Visit www.robertbenoit.net to buy the cd The Shores of Home.

  • lovely... this is MUSIC AND TALENT, God bless these musicians for expressing or god given talent they have on this beau rock, called NEWWOUNDLAND 100-----100

  • Keep comingt back to this site, my post was the last one 3 months ago and I am thinking that in a day or two the horror of ten years age will be remenbered and this composition would be fitting to the good people of Newfoundland in general but surely to the citezen s of Gander.....I am a friend from Quebec who is very proud of is fellow compatriots.

  • Awesome music, thanks for sharing.Could you tell me what guitar your pickin and from the pixs and sound of the tune home must be Newfoundland,a paradise indeed.Your a treasure Sir.

  • please tell me how to get a cd.. my e-mail address is .newfe@msn.com

  • Thanks for this.i enjoyed it very much

  • Great wee tune

  • Is this melody based on "Hector the Hero" (Sir Hector McDonald)?
