Recorded on March 13, 2010 using a Flip Video camcorder. "Jangles Dances for Pennies" is the first movement of the 3-mvt. suite for oboe/bass duo, "Vignettes from the Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane," composed for the Vecchione/Erdahl Duo, Carrie Vecchione, oboe, and Rolf Erdahl, double bass. The Duo premiered it for the publication party of Kate DiCamillo's "The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane" at the Fitzgerald Theater, St. Paul, MN, Feb. 14, 2006. This recording is from one of the Duo's recent "Pages of Music with Rolf and Carrie" library performances.
