Third, DOE's elimination of 6th grade elementary programs is occurring all over the city,

i use to go that school when i was 5 to 12
im in jr high now but that school was the shit! and i know all those teachers they need to sit they dumb ass's down!

When charters have private boards and are exempt from public & labor regulations & laws,
and can manipulate who they can accept, then they are private. When Harlem Success Academy Director Moskowitz pays herself a $370K Salary without public input [or a Brooklyn Charter Director a $700K salary] then the public would have been able
to indict these charter-operators for super-grand larceny if charters had not been exempted from public laws and oversight.
