I am so glad to find this. Ever since I saw Jennifer Warnes in Place des Arts Late 80's? she is one of my forever favourites. Blue Raincoat is classic.

Disagree on two comments- Firstly, you can compare anyone to Joni M,- but Jen's voice and music is SO unique in a different way than Joni's. Yes, love this cut- is a fav- but Pretending to Care brings me to my knees... Both are incredible songwriters and singers- have studied for decades- cannot compare. Joni is much more well-known, granted.

I can't see the point of your post. Both are totally different artists. Jennifer has a better voice, but Joni is a far better songwriter. "Hunter" is a pretty great album.

Oh you b-beauty!!! I've been searching for an online version of this song from The Hunter for about 3 years. This, in my opinion, is the best of the numbers on that album. Thank you.
