Your twist came out so good, I like the lenth as well as the thickness of your twist. Do you have to wash the synthetic hair before applying it to prevent itching?

I don't, however it is recommended by the maker of the hair. If you have sensitive skin you might want to wash or rinse it first.

I have been trying to do my kiny twist for the last few months and the problem i am having is securing it close enough to the scalp. I start of with a braid, but it's always like a half an inch away from the scalp. I'm so frustrated, but i keep trying. I simply can't afford $200 to get my hair done every 4-6 weeks.
