Reflection - Male Cover [Movie Version]

I was watching one of my favourite Disney movies, Mulan, and decided to sing this song. I don't know what possessed me to record or upload it though. I was a bit under the weather while recording this, but even so I know I'm not a good singer by any means. There weren't any male cover video responses to spikeyhamster's Mulan Reflection karaoke, so here it is. By the way there are some really amazing male covers of the Christina Aguilera version of this song.

You know, this is a good example of the double standard.

With a female singing this it sounds like a desire for independence and is all about female power.

With a man singing it (this isn't a comment about the singer or anything), the lyrics come off as being about homosexuality.
