Do you know what cover means, retard?! This song was written in the 50's, and first sung by Hope Foye. So Both Nina Simone and Elkie Brooks covered it, as well as Jeff Buckley. So slickwillie is just right, you morons.

You are amazingly stupid. Nina Simone, done this song in the 60s. Elkie Brooks had a U.K. hit with Lilac Wine in 79. Do you know what cover means????

Nina Simone did not ever cover this song. Read history. Nina were already dead when Jeff came with his version.
