Assess or recognize the situation.
What action to take.
What could have been done to prevent the situation.

This episode: The "most" common injury is bleeding. The "most" common site is a blood feather.

Thank you very much, shame more people havent seen these videos. Very interesting! You always think accidents wont happen but they can and I wouldnt have had a clue how to deal with it. I think I need to get a medical box :-), although I would be scared pulling a feather!
