@gameplaya117 It was authorized because it was the only way to penetrate into fortress Europe, literally. There was only one way in and if those thousands hadn't died that day then millions more if not billions would have died. Germany was just one step away from taking Britain the world was literally on its last stand against the nazis and fascists. You think our military leaders enjoy throwing there boy's lives away? what you say is insulting to those men who were behind that victory.

If it wasn't for that plan and the misinformation that was apart of it, Hitler would have known exactly where the allies were coming and any beach landing would have surely failed. It was a success primarily because (of the heroism of the soldiers that day) even after the allies landed, Hitler thought the main attack was coming elsewhere.
Learn some fucking history before you vomit bullshit and dishonor peoples sacrifice.

Thank you... For some reason the Audio was supposed to match when ever the screen would turn black (when the girl singing would take a breath it should have turned black but it realy did that)
