  • But it's turtles all the way down! :)

  • Ed Witten is the smartest man alive today. I could listen to him talk about drying paint.

  • U.S. having Ed Witten is like Israel having bacon... delicious but inappropriate.

  • The godfather reboot! "an organized physics dynasty transfers control of his clandestine physics empire to his reluctant son"

  • String Theory does not unify General Relativity with Quantum Mechanics. Mathematicians are not physicist. Mathematicians have no restrictions that is why it is perfectly logical to say we're in a universe with 11 dimensions. Ed Witten knows String Theory is wrong in the real physical world and that is why he ran to the 11th dimension. That is the only place the irrational can be made consistent and logical.

  • reminds me of pinky and the brain

  • @bluewhale18 He is 60 years old already though.

  • The cleverest guy on planet earth right there

  • @Ge4ce100 Thank you for clarifying that for me .. I am a physics major so now that you said that string theory unifies these two concepts, I know now that I need to study string theory lol.. Thanks again.
