George Lopez Compares Kirstie Alley to a Pig (Video Linked)

Talk Show host George Lopez has taken some heat today after he compared Dancing with the Stars contestant Kristie Alley to a pig. On Lopez Tonight he said "She did a nice job, her little hooves tapping away" and then said "Before the show she went to the market, then she had roast beef, and this is her going all the way home." His jokes were met with mixed reactions by the audience and today some blogs are calling his remarks rude and offensive. He also took shots at Kendra Wilkinson and Ralph Macchio. Ghosts Force American Idol Finalists to Leave Mansion

According to a report by TMZ American Idol Finalists fled the mansion they were living at because of paranormal activity. Apparently the group became terrified of flickering lights, later a spider infestation, and the last straw was the contestants witnessing a bed sheet float down an empty hallway. It is being reported Idol producers granted their wish to leave and they are now living in an undisclosed location.
Charlie Sheen Shot Down in Court

As we have reported earlier Charlie Sheen has sued Warner Bros. and Chuck Lorre for $100,000,000 over the work stoppage of Two and a Half Men. Charlie Sheen had requested his case be heard in public court because he was worried that the judges and Warner Bros. bosses have worked together numerous times in the past. Well his request was shot down which means the matter will need to be settled via private arbitration. Sheen's lawyer will reportedly show up in court again today to request another injunction in an attempt to prevent the case being heard behind closed doors.

Aflac Seeking New Voice to Replace Gilbert Gottfried

Aflac recently fired comedian Gilbert Gottfried because of a series of controversial jokes about the recent earthquake and tsunami in Japan. Gottfried had been the voice of Aflac's mascot since the campaign was launched in 2000. Aflac is quickly seeking a new voice for their famous duck and have opened the call to the general public. Anyone can send a 30 second demo of their interpretation of their mascot to www.quackaflack.com and the best one will be chosen. Chief Marketing Officer Michael Zuna said "There's a lot of undiscovered talent in the US. We're calling it America's best job."




American Idol Top 11 Recap -- Motown Week + Jacob Lusk -- You're all I Need to Get By (Linked)


The top 11 contestants performed last night on American Idol and had to choose songs from the Motown era. Jacob Lusk performed "You're all I Need to Get By" and not only received extremely good reviews by all three judges but Steven Tyler actually came on stage to give him a hug. The judges were actually complimentary all night long with Randy Jackson summing it up by saying "They're all really good tonight.
