Everyone i'm having a bigger problem. I am 99.5% complete of the game, and i know i did everything. Every gang hideout every outfit every every job, every challenge, every mission, all strangers, including "remember my family" the one where you kill edgar ross. EVERYTHING! I play on Xbox and im getting kinda annoyed. i saw this video and it said all 97 locations. Whenever i check my stats it says 94 locations. And i have 94/94 locations. I'm like stuck in a hole someone please help me.

hey everyone, im having a problem. I am at 99.4% of the completion and i dont know what to do. i have done absolutely everything that says in this video and i have like tripple checks everything. i am tho wondering. i have won blackjack but before i started going for the 100% i jokes around and kind of got -50 money on blackjack if i look in the stats, so is that a reason why i aint getting it? do i need to get to the atleast +1? lol someone please answer me. thanks.
