The MSM totally missed this. It's hard to believe but genetic engineering on humans has already begun. In March 2001 a New Jersey reproductive facility announced that they had created genetically altered children. For more got to http://www.cbc.ca/thehour/video.php?id=1398

  • I love Ron Paul. I'm actually a walking contradiction however. 40 years old, black, female, and Democrat, but I swear If this guy makes the ticket it would be the only time in history that I would voluntarily vote Republican (God help me) but I would.

Now I just have to explain it to my friends and family LOL!!

  • The point is you can't put power like that in the hands of the average human being let alone these Scientist's who have a "God" complex. It's dangerous and we dont know enough about what effects it will have on future generations. It's so much evil going on out here I can hardly keep up. They want a race of humans that are perfect, and have no defects

    (that's the real goal)

"This world is a will to power and nothings besides" Nietzche

  • @Bennettified Genetic engineering can be used in many bad ways, such as cloning. It is depending on how you use it, but I think of the term " If you give then a inch, they will take a mile". Apprently there has already been cloning and such, it just takes one mad fucker to start cloning people, to fuck the whole world up. Isn't worth risking it for a few disabled people imo.

  • @TheMrJenkin I have a question. Do you agree with national healthcare programs? What about birth control? Both could be considered as a means of changing the gene pool of society. But our society has no issues with them. Why do you have a problem with genetic engineering then?

  • ok good, but what's with the creepy music

  • This could go both ways. One way is that we could essentially remove genetic disorders from our children. Things like Downs Syndrome, hemophilia, and many others could be edited out of the gene pool. However, there could also be the development of "designer babies" where the parents could produce offspring that look and behave exactly as they want to (permitted said trait is genetic). Frankly, to me it is just another piece of technology. Humans will use it however they will.

  • @TheMrJenkin good point.

  • @lobsterman3000 No, I just feel very strongly about it.. and I seriously hate people who do it. I will accept that there is reasons for do it. but its like another atom bomb all over again.

  • @TheMrJenkin well isnt your opinion just the best in the whole world

  • Genetic engineering is fucking horrible. Anyone who thinks its a good idea, or wants to do it, Is a sick fuck.
