CES 09: Powermat Wireless Charging

Its pointless, the technology is the same as any conventional AC charger since the internal components of a AC adaptor are two bobinas, one of them transmit enery and the other one receives. Basically this wireless charger is an AC adapter separated in two, the board has the transmiting bobinas and the receiving bobinas are on theese cases. Its all Michael Faraday inventions 1791 - 1867

would it charge a laptop? it would be better if u just dropped your phone in there that would be wireless completely buying the adapter and all that just kills it

not worth the 150 plus dollars just to be lazy and not plug your shit in with a cord

the cases for the phones look bulky and the adapters kinda defeat the purpose of going wireless.

this is basically a plug extender with 3 slots except they try to make it fancy and high tech because theres no cords for what your trying to charge. wooow, amaazing
