I grew up in newport. My dad was a logger, my grandfather was a logger, my uncle was a logger. They all felt the effects of the this. I have faught fire for the newport ranger district for four summers. I spend a lot of time on the ground in the national forest which i think gives me the right to have strong opinions about the way things should be done. However, it is interesting to hear what the other side has to say.
