  • Hi. We have a 22 month old son with cf, who seems just as lively as Keenan! Thank you for your very helpful video. The percussors seem good and we have not come across these before, can you let us know where we can get them? Best Wishes

  • Hi. Thanks for the message. We got our percussors from our CF Center at UVA. They are probably the best resource to get some. The Respiratory Therapist should be able to get you some. If you can't find them through your center, the CF Foundation would be my next spot to recommend. Best wishes with your son too!

  • I am 21 years old and have cystic fibrosis. I was diagnosed when I was two weeks shy of my second birthday. I remember my mom giving me Chest PT when I was little. now I use the acapella and the airway clearance vest, but every once-and-a-while, nothing beats a good Chest PT to myself on my chest.

I hope your son lives a long, strong and healthy life.

  • thanks this is very helpful to see live as i am a nursing student :D

  • Thanks for posting. my son has Angelman Syndrome and recently had viral pneumonia because he has a weak cough. A nurse suggested chest PT when he gets sick to prevent secretions from building up in his lungs and he's sick now, so this is helping us!

  • well done! greek students are lerning ussing your video. God gives you power to continue! :-)

  • I'm a med student in Canada. Will share vid with patients in future. Thanks! Take care,
