Distinguished guest Farahd had a question and answer session after screening of his movie: "What Patience God has" at the Iranian Film Festival in San Francisco, on Sep 10-11, 2011.
A tribute to Ebrahim Golestan for his 1965 film: "Brick and Mirror". The film focuses on humanitarian values in this tale of a cab driver stuck with an abandoned baby in the back seat of his car. The driver and a lonely woman spend a night together with the baby. She offers him the choice to raise the child together as a family or to go back to his day to day life.
Live performers Pezhhaam Akhavass, and Ardalan Mofid received standing ovation.
