Thanks for posting this video. My 3 yr old son is living with stage 4 hepatoblastoma (solid liver tumor with metastisis to both lungs).
He is supposed to start a clinical trial next month which is a type of insulin growth factor inhibitor. This somewhat correlates with the way they believe some solid tumors metastisize.
Its believed that the cells are passed through our insulin receptors causing them to spread and form metastisis.
I pray they are really on to something.
