The SSPV and the Thuc Bishops

This lecture, entitled "The Society of St. Pius V and the Thuc Bishops," was given by Mario Derksen on October 8, 2011, at Mount St. Michael's 51st Annual Fatima Conference, in Spokane, Washington. The lecture explains why sedevacantist traditional Catholics ought to regard the 1981 episcopal consecrations of Bp. Guerard des Lauriers, Adolfo Zamora, and Moises Carmona by Bp. Pierre-Martin Ngo-Dinh-Thuc as valid and licit. The lecture answers objections made by the Society of St. Pius V, specifically Bp. Clarence Kelly and Fr.
