  • Have you ever done NPT threading?

We've been going through taps like socks.

$28.00 per and they're good for tapping 4 holes into

4140 HT. I'm wondering if thread milling a 3/8 NPT would save us some money.

  • NPT threading can be done with these thread mills, they are made from micrograin carbide so they will definately save you money.

  • what size and type of saw blades are you using?

  • 1/4" Thread Mill

  • Nice work

  • Thank you

  • Any chance you could send me the G code to get me started?

  • Hello I am looking to buy a benchtop cnc. Are steppers ok? Do they really miss steps. Did your threads come out good. I'm not sure Taig with steppers or townlabs with servo. Any advice will help.

  • Now that's just plain cool! More and more I want to get my mill setup for CNC.
