i've been working on a vex catapault for a while now, but i was wondering: are you using motors or bungey cords for the launching system?

The catapult is counter-weight driven. I used a pair of 120V-12V transformers because they are small and heavy. I have the arm held in place by a string hooked to a servo motor.
