This World is fragile and it could change any day but the exact date of 2012 doesn't have any meaning and no actual data to support it.
I feel the World will CHANGE in the coming years but it has nothing to do with the myth of 2012 or the End of the World.

But i feel that 2012 will be used by various people to put forward their AGENDA.

@DragonFlyback256 different cultures have thier new year at different times , however the mayans had a calendar of 13 months 28 days each which leaves 1 extra day which would be their new year day, when they chose to have that extra day i do not know, new year is whenever you want it to be asa culture, to me vernal equinox should be the new years day, but winter solstice is good too since it is when the days begin to get longer

Nothing special with the Sun changing poles. It makes it every 11 years in average (a complete back-and-forth cycle every 22 years) and does not a thing to the Earth's polarity. 2 North poles and the South one at the equator? That's BS right there.

what if the Mayans used 5 wheels in stead of 4 on their mechanical calendar? The Earth would have exploded (for some strange reason) somewhere in 14584 on a monday in august. Btw the mayans had a calander, not a doomsday-predictor. The under-educated YouTubers made the calander a doomsday-device.... Thanks for sharing
