Story:

I kept it as close as possible to the books.
I believe Rhaegar was a man of honor and that he truly loved his wife, Elia. But I think it was true love with Lyanna and it was something that not even Rhaegar could deny.
Do I believe R+L=J? Hell Yeah!!!!
I will be very pissed if GRRM goes a different route with Jon and surprises us.

I like that you included Elia as well. She deserves more attention. After all, if Rhaegar hadn't been married to her, he might have married Lyanna and nothing would happen (except Robert being mad at him, but he could hardly get other lords to fight for him just because Lyanna married). Elia is a tragic figure - frail health, husband, who cheated on her right under her nose, then left her with two little kids and ran off with younger girl, then she saw her kids murdered, was raped and killed.
