There is no need for interpretation:

"On every question of construction, carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested in the debates, and instead of trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or invented against it, conform to the probable one in which it was passed."

    --Thomas Jefferson

America is the first real melting pot ever established to a large degree in the history of humanity. When you compare it to socialist countries like Sweden and Canada, ask yourself what the differences are in the people who live there. It's not racism, it's facts of our times.

If the constitution is a contract, then where is your signature on it? Your rights are granted by God, not man.

There are not more than 40 industrial states on the planet which means that the USA has one of the worst healthsystems of all the industrial states on the planet which is very embarresing as the only world power on the planet.

Bit it didn't, it yielded the worst healthcare system in the world for the dollar, you end up with the sickest people, people who avoid doctors because they can't afford them. 62% of all bankruptcies are due to medical costs. A 20 year old American is in the same health as a 60 year old Brit. We are 39th in the world and are behind those nations with socialized medicines.

"does not provide equal opportunities for everyone to maximize their potentialities and does not utilize technology and resources to their maximum potential nor in the interests of the public" I do not know where you get that...probably from the popular press....its just wrong because the interests of the public will be satisfied because of the pressure of competition and in a indirect way the maximum potential of resources and technologies will be offered to the public
