There are not more than 40 industrial states on the planet which means that the USA has one of the worst healthsystems of all the industrial states on the planet which is very embarresing as the only world power on the planet.

Bit it didn't, it yielded the worst healthcare system in the world for the dollar, you end up with the sickest people, people who avoid doctors because they can't afford them. 62% of all bankruptcies are due to medical costs. A 20 year old American is in the same health as a 60 year old Brit. We are 39th in the world and are behind those nations with socialized medicines.
