At Whee 2 in Oregon, Ken Kesey and the Merry Pranksters delivered a performance art piece about how to disarm America without taking away anyone's gun, "Ban the Bullet." The primary focus of the Whee! festivals was (is) a silent meditation for peace in the drug war, usually held on Sunday at Sunset during the event. Stay tuned to youtube/templedragon420 for updates on the return of Whee! for the summer of 2010.

I'd rather have a gun in my hand than a cop on the phone!

Kesey didn't get around to saying, "My daughter told me, 'Dad, if you can't ban the guns, why not ban the bullet?'" and that became Kesey's message: BAN THE BULLET.
