This animation shows the real geocentric movements and positions of the Sun, Moon and planets (incl. Chiron, Pholus and Nessus) within the zodiac and ecliptic for February 2010 in 1-hour time-intervals. Time is in Universal Time (UT). Zodiac and ecliptic is geocentric and precessed, therefore precise. Please watch the introduction animation here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WzzPhzYqDJA for explanations of the symbols etc. This animation can be used as an ephemeris, just click on pause to read the current positions of all objects, - or simply to get an visual impression of the actual "dance of the planets". Created by German astrologer and astronomy specialist Robert von Heeren. Best viewed in full screen mode!
