Sifu Simon Siu shin bone pole breaking

Winnipeg Hung Sing Koon's Chinese New Year demonstration. Sifu Simon Siu Man Long breaking a pole with a shin bone kick using Hard Style Qigong. It's not shown on the video, but we hung 500lbs on the stick before the breaking to show that it is a real pole, not half cut in the middle etc...

Hi, i've heard about you from Sifu before, you opened your own school there in alberta right. Yea he is teaching CLF here in winnipeg, but it's not a school, just private lessons. Winnipeg is not very lively so it's hard to open schools here...
