After a third knee surgery, and losing insurance coverage, I decided it's time to get back to strengthening my legs.

I rolled my shorts up so I could go through a full ROM unrestricted.

  • basicly what are u doing now is BAd low bar squats ( bad meaning as bad bar position on shoulders)

  • If u dont/cant squat ATG when using high bar ( u probablly cant becouse or ur build/flexibility - I can see u do parallel front squats) i would advise u going low bar.
