  • regardless of the theology you follow (calvinistic, wesleyan, lutheran, etc.) we, as christians, are called to love each other, bare good fruit and preach the gospel, so, please stop insulting each other's perspective and praise the Lord. Let's follow Jesus example.

  • I am no christian but misty edwards has an amazing voice and this song is beautiful, makes me cry each time I listen to it

  • Tx Misty alot of us love you, so don't sweat the small stuff, just continue in the Priesthood.

  • Awesome video! Thanks!

  • @777LGF - not at all...actually being under Roman law was a sort of punishment for the nation. As a matter of fact if you read throughout the scriptures we who believe in the God of Israel are all still in "exile". There are many many prophesies (including Isaiah chapter 2) that clearly state that God's law will go out from Jerusalem to all the nations in "the last days".... and even in Revelation (12:17)... those who "the dragon" fights are those who keep the law and profess Messiah.

  • The song is powerful but the photos are something, unnatural things which has come here from the heaven...Thank you...

  • @Amidat, then are you suggesting that the Roman law was greater than God's law? I never said Jesus gave the adulterer carte blanche, I said that the law said that she be stoned, and Jesus forgave her. What I am asking is if the Old Testament laws still apply today in modern Christianity. Thank you for your explanation on the Sabbath and sacrifice.

  • @777LGF - and no... He did not allow His disciples to "work" for money on the Sabbath... He combated false teaching as to what "work" violated God's instruction... He could not be Messiah for teaching violation of God's ways.

  • @777LGF - He told her "sin no more"... that is NOT giving cart blanche... and the reality is that she could not be stoned because the Romans did not allow the Jews to punish according to God's law... it was a test... and if He said otherwise He would have violated... notice He never said that she didn't deserve to be stoned. Also - the reason their is no sacrifice is because the temple was destroyed. All the sacrifices were always about grace and mercy. It is false to say that started after.

  • 777LGF 1)The Sabath was given as appointed time to meet with God, Jesus simply said don't be rediculous if someone needs help you should help him, that doesn't nulify the Sabbath. Jesus himself observed all the Sabaths, so did his disciples. 2) Jesus is the final sacrafice for sin. 3) With the adulterous women Jesus countered the pharsee's with a counter law thus asking which law was greater at which they could not respond without breaking the law themselves.....

  • Amidat. If the Old Testament laws still apply, then are you suggesting we should stone sinners and sacrifice animals? Jesus does change things. Instead of having to sacrifice animals, He sacrificed Himself. Instead of punishment and condemnation, there is now mercy and love. I personally am kind of confused at these contradictions. Could you show me how the two fit, because clearly I am missing something.

  • Amidat. I am not saying that Jesus taught His disciples to violate the law. What I am saying is that He does have His disciples work on the Sabbath and He does show mercy towards an adulterer even though the law commands that she be stoned. The Old Testament laws conflict with the New Testament laws. The Old Testament says to stone and kill. The New Testament says to turn the other cheek and show mercy. Are you suggesting that the Old Testament laws still apply?
